The best restaurant I have eaten in, in all of Pietra Ligure. The dishes are traditional of the area and so good that you want to return immediately. The staff are top class and very friendly. They help you in every way possible. If you’re in the area, you really must pay this restaurant a visit. To cap it all its cheap in respect of many other restaurants in the area. Enjoy!!

We had three meals at this restaurant during our 3 day stay in Loano. The very fresh fish dishes were delightful. The restaurant is family run and very friendly. No comparison to other restaurants in Loano. The food is prepared with love and passion. I can thoroughly recommend Taverna du Furestu if you enjoy fresh, quality food. We will return next time we are in Loano.

This is a small family run restaurant for food lovers who love good food and don’t mind paying a bit extra. We came mainly to enjoy the raw seafood appetizer which was perfect. There was even a signboard at the main door stating where their seafood/ fish is purchased from (thoughful for a place that sells raw seafood). My calma’ dish was the softest calamari I have ever eaten and the polpo (octopus) from my hubby was yummy as well. We skipped the primo due to dietary restrictions which were clearly labelled. If you’re very hungry you might want to go for the full set appetizerprimosecondo. I will surely remember our night at Taverna du Funestru forever!
